Our Journey
The Beginning
Dallas Pallets was founded with a simple mission: provide quality used pallets at fair prices. Starting with a small 5,000 sq ft warehouse and a single truck, we began serving local businesses in the Dallas area. Our founder saw an opportunity to help businesses save money while reducing waste.
First Major Contract
We secured our first major contract with a regional distribution center, handling over 1,000 pallets monthly. This partnership proved our ability to scale and deliver consistent quality, opening doors to more commercial opportunities.
Expanding Services
We expanded our services to include pallet repair and recycling, allowing us to serve customers more comprehensively and reduce waste in the process. We hired our first dedicated repair team and invested in professional equipment.
Growing Team
Our team grew to 15 employees as demand for our services increased. We established dedicated departments for sales, operations, and customer service to better serve our growing customer base.
Fleet Expansion
With growing demand, we invested in our transportation fleet, expanding from 2 trucks to 8. This enabled us to offer reliable pickup and delivery services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with same-day options.
10th Anniversary
We celebrated 10 years in business, having served over 500 unique customers. We marked the milestone by implementing a customer loyalty program and reinvesting in facility improvements.
New Facility
We moved to a larger 25,000 sq ft facility to accommodate our growing inventory and expanded operations. The new location allowed us to stock more pallet grades, sizes, and increase our repair capacity by 200%.

We implemented a new inventory management system and customer portal, streamlining operations and improving service. Customers could now track orders and manage their accounts online.
Sustainability Focus
